Michaella supports startups and technology companies at all stages of growth on formations, venture financings, equity matters, corporate governance, and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining Day One Law, she worked at Kirkland & Ellis and Ashbury Legal, where she supported investment funds, founders, and venture-backed companies across a range of corporate and transactional matters. Michaella also leads the firm’s operational strategy and firmwide initiatives.
