Sam Proctor is Of Counsel at Day One Law. Prior, Sam spent seven years as an associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he advised clients across a number of complex financial services regulatory frameworks and their application to digital assets. Sam is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School.

Nima is a Counsel at Day One Law. He prides himself in designing practical legal roadmaps for clients, including token launch and fundraising structures for companies in the crypto space. Before joining Day One Law, Nima represented companies in large-market M&A at Ropes & Gray LLC and represented hundreds of crypto companies at Ashbury Legal.

Mo is Of Counsel at Day One Law. He is passionate about guiding emerging companies through their most critical legal challenges. Before joining Day One, he worked as a corporate and securities attorney at Mintz and served as in-house counsel at a publicly-traded biotechnology company.

Tanner is passionate about helping innovative technology companies bridge legal, regulatory, and operational complexity. He previously practiced at Arent Fox Schiff and Wilson Sonsini, and as General Counsel for Autonomys Labs, where he advised startups, venture-backed companies, and established corporations on corporate governance and formation, securities law, token structuring, and M&A. *Admitted to practice law in New York and Tennessee

Jamison Gardner is an Associate Attorney at Day One Law. He’s dedicated to helping clients succeed. He previously worked in the corporate and crypto groups at Fenwick & West LLP, a leading Silicon Valley law firm.

Michaella Gallo is a Paralegal and Head of Operations at Day One Law. She gets things done. She previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis and Ashbury Legal.

Rennen serves as the CWO at Day One Law, where he takes his supervisory (or rather, stupervisory) responsibilities very seriously, usually from the comfort of the office couch or beneath a desk. He’s (begrudgingly) an early riser who enjoys morning runs with dad, followed by full-day shifts of monitoring firm operations, wrangling his favorite stuffies (Raccoon, Dragoon, Ms. Gator, and the occasional sock), and strictly enforcing office fun policies. When not (poorly) hunting lizards, Rennen ensures the Day One team stays grounded and entertained.
