Rennen joined the Firm to lead its wellness initiative and has since become an indispensable presence in the office and seen (or heard) on video calls. As Chief Wellness Officer, Rennen counsels colleagues on the restorative value of a midday walk, the strategic deployment of a well-timed nap, and the therapeutic benefits of a thrown ball. His door is always open, largely because he lacks the opposable thumbs to close it. In his capacity as Stuffy Logistics Coordinator, Rennen oversees the intake, distribution, and eventual disassembly of the firm's plush inventory. He maintains a rigorous chain of custody and has never once misplaced a squeaker he did not intend to.

Rennen's practice is grounded in a genuine appreciation for the office as a place of refuge. At home he shares quarters with two siblings: Poppy, his canine sister, and Primrose, a cat whose respect for personal space he would describe as "aspirational." The commute, he notes, is part of the benefit.
