Before joining Day One Law, Mo practiced at Ballard Spahr and Mintz, where he represented public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, SEC reporting, and other complex corporate transactions. He later served as a Corporate Attorney at DermTech, a publicly traded biotechnology company, advising on corporate governance, securities law compliance, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters.

Today, Mo works with startups, venture-backed companies, and investors across a broad range of industries, including fintech and digital assets. He regularly advises on venture financings, corporate governance, commercial agreements, M&A transactions, and regulatory issues involving emerging technologies. Drawing on both law firm and in-house experience, Mo serves as a practical legal partner to management teams, helping companies navigate legal challenges while keeping their businesses moving forward.
